How it works

How a round runs.

From the link you create to the record you keep. Nothing in between needs a login.

  1. Create the link

Pick the client, pick the kind of link, give it a title. The tool makes a long random link and shows it to you once. The link is shown to you once and never stored, so nobody can look it up later, not even you. The client keeps their copy; your admin keeps the record behind it. Send it by text, email or a HighLevel workflow. It also posts to your HighLevel webhook the moment it exists.

  2. The client decides

They open it on their phone. The header shows your agency name and how many days are left. For a campaign pack, each item shows its image or video, the copy, and any question you want them to answer about it. Three choices per item. Approved as written. Approve with the changes below. Cut this one. If they walk away mid-round, their choices are waiting in the browser when they come back.

  3. Send

One press. Every decision is saved together, so there is never a half-saved round. If every item was approved, the link becomes a receipt. If anything was changed or cut, the approved items lock and the changed ones come back to you.

  4. Round two

You fix the items, press Mark ready, and the same link opens again with the new version. The client's own note from last round sits above the new copy, so nobody has to remember what they asked for. An item that is still wrong after two rounds is set aside for a conversation instead of a third round.

The clocks

A link lives fourteen days. When the client asks for changes, their clock stops and you get seven days. An approved link stays readable as a receipt until its window ends. Then it answers "This link has ended."

What you see

One folder per client. Every link, its state, its days left. Every submission, every transcript, the files they uploaded, the answers they gave, the quotes they left. The newest decisions on any link as one JSON call, if you want to take them somewhere else.

What lands in HighLevel

Every event posts to the inbound webhook you set per agency. The body carries the client, the contact, the kind, the round and the transcript. Map it to fields, a note and tags in one workflow. The record stays here. HighLevel gets the copy.
